Hadn't heard of this one before so looking forward to catching up.
The 'classic' plot involves a distinguished (i.e. drives a Rolls) visitor to the asylum being shown around. I was amazed to see the visitor was Jack Hawkins, an actor best known for war films and quite a big star in the UK.
