This rarity is based on two stories, one by A.M. Burrage, the other by Ambrose Bierce. It's a fine two-hander with Rosalie Crutchley and Peter Vaughan, who also starred in a famous BBC adaptation of 'A Warning to the Curious'. See what you think.

I finally watched this. It was very good, but it's one of those that I feel has to be seen again. It reminds me of a stage play (which is never a problem for me).
Still waiting for The Awakening to come to DVD (I know, different post:) ).
Glad you enjoyed it. It is indeed very stagey, and I too quite like that.
